During this time, the students in this village conducted a baseline survey of the issues faced by the people residing in the village. A total of 129 households were surveyed and a 28-page report including the major findings and suggestions were sent to the concerned persons so that a positive change could be brought about in the lives of the people there. The students also identified the issue of open defecation in the village and conducted a skit to highlight the necessity of using toilets instead of opting for open defecation.
